Normalization and filtering as of [Weinreb17].

Expects non-logarithmized data. If using logarithmized data, pass log=False.

Parameters:

adata : AnnData

Annotated data matrix.

log : bool (default: True)

Logarithmize data?

copy : bool (default: False)

Return a copy if true.
